I started my journey 1. january 2012, and so far I’ve lost 48 lbs. I still have a long way to go, but I’m on my way!
285 - 200
Hey, my name’s Ian, I am 6’3” and blew up to 285 lbs back in august 2010, I joined a local gym when I decided I just didn’t want to be fat anymore
well I was eating healthy, 1g protein per lb of body weight and super light carbs and fat so I could cut hard, was losing 15-20 lbs per month for the first 4 months
I ended up down to 180 but I was skinny fat, so I bulked up to 210, and now I’ve cut down to 200. I’m in the process of tightening up and trying to get as fit as possible
I have never starved myself, I eat constantly, I just do a ton of weight training and cardio. I have never gained any unwanted weight since I started.
300 lbs to 190 lbs over a year. 6’4”.
HIGHT: 5’6ft (1.68cm)
UGW: to be happy and proud of what I see in a mirror
A two year difference. I’m 5’ 6” and at my heaviest I weighed 220 lbs, though in the pictures on the left I weighed about 200. On the right is me now, at 135 lbs. It’s been a hard and long journey, it’s been about changing my eating habits, it’s been about working out and pushing myself harder than I thought possible; in the end, it was totally worth it. I’m still not completely happy with my body but there is a world of difference between then and now and I just have to keep reminding myself to keep moving forward. Anything is possible!
With hard work and exercise, anything is possible. I’m 5’ 6” and losing weight was life-changing for me. I’ve had a lot of ups and downs but in the end, I’ve gained irreplaceable confidence that I’d never used to think I’d have.
Hi! my names kathy or fran if you like (: I’d pretty much been the same size my entire life, until about two years ago when I started new medication and the depo jab. In about 1 1/2 years, i’d added on around 5 stone due to those and my eating habits. In January I decided to do something about it. I’ve currently lost 63.5 and would like to hit my 70 lb weight loss, putting me at 135 lbs which is a good weight for my 5’6 frame. I was wary about losing weight this time, as previously i’d ended up at 125 lbs due to bulimia when I was younger. Luckly this time i’ve had no problems and have managed to do it purely through eating healthier with ww and cutting out mcdonalds, greggs, cake and pizza ect. Although, I eat chocolate every day, so I’m defiantly not missing out! If you have any questions, feel free to contact me! (:

It’s not much difference - but it’s still progress :)

I did a lot of working out. 6 days out of 7. I didn’t eat as much fried food as i use to. But i didn’t stop eating it. I ate it once in awhile and that was good for me. This made me realize that anything is possible ! If you guys personally knew me than you would understand why i say anything is possible !
