Before 140 After 126 :) eating less and exercising 5x a week! My secret is that I don’t deprive myself of the foods I love, but I eat them in moderation. I give into my strongest cravings, but only eat a small amount. Also, I supplement my diet with fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins. Losing weight isn’t a diet, it’s a lifestyle change. After the first few weeks, you will be loving the way you feel, and there will be no turning back! Stay healthy, you can do it!

Its been a bit of a roller coaster, but I’m really proud of how I’m going so far, and I hope that I stay successful! I have a LONG way to go still!!

Hi, I’m Melissa. I’ve submitted my picture before but I’ve never shown a full-length picture of what I look like now. I’m 24 years old and 5’2”. My heaviest weight was 272 pounds and I’ve lost over 70 pounds. I was roughly 250 pounds in my before picture. I don’t have any pictures of myself from when I was at my heaviest. I’ve been losing weight by following Weight Watchers and exercising 5-6 days a week. I’ve still got quite a long way to go until I hit my goal of 137 but I’m so happy with my progress so far.

I’m 5’ 10” and I had my beautiful baby boy in July … I wouldn’t trade him for the world but months of bedrest took its toll … I started actively trying to lose weight in August and am down 47 lbs thanks to exercise 6 days a week and eating 1200-1400 healthy calories a day! HW: 208lbs CW: 187lbs  I lost 21lbs by simply eating more healthily and going to the gym atleast 3 times a week :) I am no where near done but seeing this has made me feel so happy and is motivating me to carry on! GW: 145lbs

I’ve always been healthy about my weight loss. I struggle with staying active but I’m usually good about my eating habits. Losing weight hasn’t solved all of my problems. In 2010, the summer before my sophomore year in college, I decided it was time for a change.  I started small with working out and then incorporated a healthy diet. Of course there were set backs, everyone has them, but as long as you push through them you can achieve your goals!
