Only before picture was taken when I was 21 and the during now that im 23. It took me awhile of going back and forth but I finally made the commitment to my health. Anyone can do it if you put your heart in it.

results from about 3-4 months.. with breaks in between from going overseas etc.. This progress is from INSANITY and clean eating! the scales dont matter either girls.. gaining weight can mean gaining muscle which is good! please feel free to message me about any questions you have xx

This is my before and during.
I am 5”3, and have always been extremely curvy. In my before photo, I was doing a lot of comfort eating, which in turn made me feel worse, trust me, there’s nothing comforting about it! 
I decided to eat better, and I feel like I’m a new person with a new approach to things because of it. I exercise maybe twice a week, but I walk A LOT so I’m not sure if that has contributed.
I’m quite happy with my body, but I really want to lose a further 14llbs+. Especially from my legs, and I reckon increasing my exercise would do that, but if anyone has any tips/motivation your support would be greatly appreciated.

I’m 43, have 3 young kids, and work full-time.  I lost 6kg in 3 months without “dieting” (being hungry never works!) counting calories, or subscribing to products or professional trainers.  I used 3 really great tools - PLANNING, PERSERVERANCE and PATIENCE.  I ate unlimited amounts of fruit and vegies and limited amounts of wholegrains and dairy.  I’m vegetarian and I included protein too - mainly soy and legumes.  And guess what - it worked!
I’ve always exercised regularly but generally fallen down on the “clean eating”, however this time I fed myself so much healthy food there was barely room for anything else - although I ate about 20gm of dark chocolate every day, and had a cheat meal once a week.
